What we do

Girls & Boys With Confidence offers fun & creative workshops, events and camps for girls and boys in K-12th grade that focus on the development of strong self-esteem and confidence. Girls With Confidence was founded in June 2011 and Boys With Confidence in August 2021 by Nancy Lemon. We have worked with thousands of kids in the Tampa Bay area helping them develop a love for themselves that is focused on inner beauty, self-confidence and strong character.

Girls & Boys With Confidence is committed to empowering children with the confidence, character, and emotional resilience they need to thrive in today’s world. Our mission is to help young people discover their inner strength, develop a strong sense of self-worth, and build the courage to navigate life’s challenges with integrity, kindness, and compassion. 

We believe that when children feel confident in who they are, they are better equipped to form healthy relationships, make positive choices, and become leaders in their communities.  Through guidance, mentorship, and supportive experiences, we create a safe and uplifting environment where children are encouraged to grow, find their voice, and develop the values that will shape them into confident and kind individuals.
